I don't know if this has been asked before but I just got updated to Photoshop 26.3, and can't find current release notes (I use Photoshop on both Windows and Mac platforms.)

From December, version 26.2

From November, version 26.1

From October, both macOS and Photoshop versions are out of date

Back in the day — probably up until CS6 — Jeff Tranberry used to post new release notes on his Adobe blog page.  It was incredibly useful as it usually went a bit further than a bare bones 'this has been added' but nothing much about how it worked.  Jeff used to follow this forum as well.  Not as much as Chris Cox, but his answers were insightful, albeit usually quite dry.  A lot more helpful than Chris Cox's 'Update your video card driver from the card maker's site.' AFAICT Jeff does not have an Adobe blog now, but does have a private website that does not appear to have been updated since 2008.  The site appears to have lost of information about Photoshop scripting that some of our regular posters might find interesting, but that looks to be pretty old as well.

[EDIT]  A good few of the links are broken unfortunately.

Dave is right, Exedy. Adobe does lag on release notes.

Question: how did you get v26.3? I just checked CC, and the last Ps listed is 26.2. My region's server hasn't been passed the new version, I guess. [answer: beta, dummy Larry] [but it's 26.4 as of my last peek]

@LAMY2017  Keep checking. Roll out tends to be across regions. I got v26.3 a couple of days ago (in the UK).

Historically, the release notes tend to lag behind the release date. I don't know why as I don't work for Adobe. Ideally it would be good to see both on the same date.
