At my wits end with Photoshop freezing, lagging in Windows.

HI @ianf39773764 right off the bat, don't increase your RAM past 75% - it will do the opposite of expected. If PS cant pull 95% it will cause lags.

Second, you have a Titan X - which is a gaming only GPU - there are no Studio drivers for this card series.

Also your GPU drivers are over 3 mo old - there are newer updates available from NVIDIA.

One thing you can try related to your GPU - after updating the drivers is to go to Photoshop Preferences/Technology Preview and check “Disable Native Canvas”. Then check “Use Older GPU Mode (2016)”.

Hi @ianf39773764 Go to Photoshop Help Menu/System Info and copy/paste details in a reply. Post only once as the system takes time to process the large amount of data. 

The other question I have first is - how much free HD space do you have under Photoshop/Preferences/Scratch Disk?
