atalhos do photoshop não funcionam

Meus atalhos do teclado não funcionam no Photoshop. Todos os atalhos estão configurados corretamente na aba "Atalhos". Já desinstalei e instalei de novo o programa, já realizei as atualizações nescessárias, porém nem atalho funciona.

Hey, @Lucas_Angstmam. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll help you figure this out.

Is your OS behaving correctly when using other keyboard shortcuts? Are there any other programs or plugins that may have a conflicting keyboard shortcut? What language is Photoshop working in?

To be sure, use the on-screen keyboard to verify if the ALT key works at all.

If it does work, try booting the machine in Windows Safe mode (with networking) through Advance Restart and see if that helps.

Realizei os testes, o sistema Operacional esta funcionando normalmente. Os atalhos funcionam normalmente em outros programas, inclusive nos outros da adobe. Estou utulizando o Photoshop em português. A tecla ALT funciona normalmente.

Realizei a iniciação no modo de segurança, porem o erro continua...

It may have a problem with the keyboard input language, on Windows, it's easy to accidentally switch the input language since it changes with the Win logo + Space bar.
