Auto Resize Text to Fit Paragraph Box

It is possible to have text auto scale inside of either a paragraph box or some type of defined area. What I am doing is running automation using variables and want a short last name or a long last name take up the same space by auto scaling down the text to fit for a long name then scale up to fit for a short name.

Any insight ant of you may have would help a lot.

No I guess is not, This was about how to change a text to fit inside a paragraph text box , the link provided goes to a method to resizing layer to a specific size. other topic as I can see
