Notice at the top where it says, "High Quality Print (modified)". That means you are not using the out-of-the-box joboption. Click the "Save Preset" in the lower left, give the joboptions file a new name, and use that for exporting to PDF.

@jane-e – This option is always greyed out for me in Ps2021, which is my go-to version. I have tried different combinations of options without any change.

I was out of my office for a while, but have now checked. When I first looked, "View file after saving" was checked and my joboptions said "modified". I reset my joboptions and then the "View file" command was unchecked and also grayed out.
I don't know if it's a bug, but I can't set it now either. I even tried presets I had created in other applications.
Typically this one item does not trigger the "modified" alert, btw.

@jane-e – thanks for confirming, I thought that it was just me. It was obviously visible and active in the screenshot provided.
@ramesh reddyb62274914 – for this to be scripted, the entire process would be automated, so a lot more info would be required about all of the save options.

Yes, it is also possible to automate via scripting. Here is an example using standard DOM code:

It is also possible with AM code.
