I really need urgent help with some background pattern in photoshop.

Does anyone know how to create such background pattern like the ones in the pictures?

I really would appreciate any help given.

I suppose a Pattern Layer and a couple of Solid Color Layers might provide a starting point.

Hm, I don't know if I can quite follow along, I will have to try it out.

But if anyone has got a step by step solution it would be awesome because

it seems to be kinda tricky.

What is giving you problems?

The Pattern is easily created – a square image with black against transparent.

Then one can put some solid color layers below the Pattern Layer and clipping mask other solid color layers to it.

If symmetry is needed one could use multiple instances of Smart Objects or Symmetry Options for the Brush Tool.
