Barra Menu - Photoshop

Buonasera, forse per incompatibilità col mio Windows 10, non riesco a visualizzare sull'interfaccia di Photoshop la Barra del Menu, è praticamente assente, mancano quindi tutte le voci che ne fanno parte (quali file, modifica, immagine, etc) ma passando col cursore sulla zona vuota in cui dovrebbe essere collocata escono comunque dei menu a tendina per ogni voce mancante prima citata. Mancano anche i tasti di chiusura, ingrandimento e riduzione a icona di ogni scheda immagine aperta. Come posso risolvere?

Could you post a screenshot (including the Toolbar etc.). 

Have you tried Window > Workspace > Essentials (Default)?

Avevo già provato con Window > Workspace > Essentials (Default) ma non funziona

Does hitting the F and tab key have any effect? 

I am afraid it may be necessary to try Restoring Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved:
