Batch Aligning & cropping images

HI, im taking photos of shoes for a website launch and ive taken about 1000 photos and my next task is to centralise the box and shoes in each image as some shoes were in different sizes so they are slightly different, and once the item has been centralised i need to crop to 1080 x 1080. I was hoping there is a way to batch do this as it would save me incredible amounts of time!

Perhaps providing multiple 3 or so example images that vary in position and at least one final cropped example of the previous examples would help those responding to your request.
