Batch process multiple PDF's to resized PDF

If someone could help me write script so i can batch select files i have

inside view of PDF file's i have

PSD im trying to use includes Resized / Cropped PDF as a smart object

(Also the end result i want)

Embed Page Thumbnails

Optimize for fast web preview
