Batch processing keeps popping dialog box

I created action on photoshop for changing background of png files. But when I run it in batch process, it keeps popping up dialog box for each action. Although processing completes as required, but is there any way to do this automatic rather than pressing enter or clicking ok on every popup?

Could you please post a screenshot of the fully expanded Action in the Actions Panel? 

What are the Batch settings?
