Bestanden vanuit LR naar PS : schijf fout

Question

Wanneer ik een bestand vanuit LR wil openen in PS krijg ik de melding : kan bestand niet openen vanwege schijf fout. Originele bestanden staan op externe harde schijf. Al deze in LR geïmporteerde beelden openen niet. Bestanden die op bureaublad staan openen wel vanuit LR in PS. Genoeg ruimte op harde schijf. Iemand een idee hoe dit kan?

Thanks for reaching out. Sorry for the trouble with Lightroom & Photoshop. We are here to help.

Could you please share the exact version of both Lightroom & Photoshop along with the operating system that you are working on? Have you tried to disconnect and re-connect the external drive? Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?

If you are on macOS, you can run Disk health

Launch Disk Utility found within the /Applications/Utility folder.
Select the macOS hard drive or your external drive from the left side menu and click on the 'First Aid' button.
Click on “Verify Disk” in the lower right corner and let it run.
Restart the computer and try again.

If you are on Windows, you can try to change the cable or USB port and try again.
