Beta Apps -where to find?

Hi all. I want to test the new Remove Tool, but unfortunately can get to the beta apps. The category is just noch available.

How it should look like:

How I see it. 

Are Beta Apps only available for special users?

The Photoshop public beta 24.4 does include the new Remove Tool. You would ordinarily go to the Beta apps section to install it.

I can see that you don't have the Beta apps section from your screenshot.

I'm wondering if you don't have that section because of your location or if you're an Enterprise customer where that option might have been disabled. If you're an Enterprise customer, then you could check with your IT department.

No, I am a normal private user.

My location is Germany. 

Just very irritating.
