Is it available the new AI noise reduction for jpeg images? i see this noise reduction only in camera raw module, but i need edit jpeg images with the same quality...
Denoise currently works only on mosaic raw files - iow raw sensor data directly from a camera.
There are plans to extend this to other file formats in the future, but we're not there yet.

Any word on when these plans will come to fruition? While I enjoy being able to denoise raw images I have a ton of jpegs that I want to utilize this tool for but can't and it is beyond frustrating. Thanks in advance!

Hi @Ville Hofmann Thank you for reaching out and welcome to the community!
At this point in time, JPEG images are not officially supported for the AI Denoise feature as of the latest updates. The AI Denoise tool is designed to work with RAW files because it relies on the additional data available in those formats to perform high-quality noise reduction, but you can still use manual noise reduction sliders in the Detail panel of Lightroom and Camera Raw for JPEGs.
Hope this Helps!
