Bevel and emboss not working

Im trying to make a album cover for my friend and im using a tutorial for a chrome typeface (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rwsrt7hgPIw&ab_channel=IntuitiveDesigns).  I have followed everything that he has done on the bevel and emboss however mine looks nothing like the videos. 

Any help will be greatly appreciated,

Your image is probably a different size, so just keep adjusting the sliders until it looks the same.
