Hey there, We're sorry for the trouble.

I'll need more details to help you. What version of Photoshop and macOS are you working on? Does this happen when you open a specific type of image or with all the images?

Try resetting your application preferences, and it will come back without losing any of your customized settings:

To restore preferences quickly, use a keyboard shortcut: Press and hold Option+Command+Shift (macOS) as you start Photoshop. You are prompted to delete the current. Just reset your application preferences, and it will come back without losing any of your customized settings: The new preferences files are created the next time you start Photoshop.

Let us know how it goes,

Thanks

Shivani

I have reset the application settings. This also deleted my personal settings ;-( I spent several hours setting everything up that way. Now I have restored it from the backup.

To your question, I use Photoshop 2024, version 25.11.0 and OS Sonoma 14.3.1.

The problem happens with every image.
