Hi everyone!
I would like to design a billboard poster ± 10x3 m. I know, don't do that in Photoshop but the thing is I only got skills in Photoshop 😕 plus I don't have Indesign / Illustrator. Who can help me out?
Regards
Michael
Just set up a new document at 1000 x 300 cm.
Set an appropriate resolution that your system can handle comfortably without kneeling. At 40 ppi the file weighs in at roughly 16 000 pixels long side. That's a big file, but should be manageable.
40 ppi is plenty good enough for a banner this size. Someone will probably come along and tell you that you "need 300 ppi" - don't listen to them. The 300 ppi myth is the most sticky one in the business, and seemingly impossible to lay to rest.

Nah, that doesn't work anymore, with internet banking and all - "what do you mean, you haven't got it - check your internet connection, it's probably stuck in a server in Croatia".
My own favorite is "the dog ate my homework". I've been dying to use that, but never seem to get an opportunity.
