Billing Issue - Resolve Now displays on Photoshop home screen.

Upper right hand corner of Photoshop home screen - red text box displays "Billing Issue|Resolve Now".  I clicked the box, received a message that says "Billing error resolved.  Photoshop is ready for you to use."

However, the red text box doesn't go away. I restarted my PC, and upon opening Photoshop, the same messages appear again.

This same message appears in Illustrator, and in Premiere Pro. Is there an issue? Or is this some bug that needs to be resolved?

If you quit and restart the Creative Cloud desktop app or restart your computer does it go away?

I am also having this issue, and the suggestion does not fix it either. How was this fixed? Thanks 🙂

Restarting the PC had no effect. Just rebooted this morning and the message still appears.
