When you paste a transparent PNG (eg. from the web), on windows, it pastes with a black background instead of being transparent.
Litteraly every other software will paste properly with transparent background. Photoshop is professional graphics software. It should be able to handle png correctly. It is incredibly irritating to have to work around this.
It is unacceptable that this bug has gone unfixed for so many years.
