Hi there. So my Adobe photoshop/illustrator prints are all coming out with no black color. When I print from any other source the black appears just fine and works so I know its not a printer issue which I too went through every maintenance I could find and I endup with the same result so I know it has something to do with my adobe software. I attached examples of what I'm talking about. On the left is an image printed through image viewer. and on the right is my image printed through photoshop/illustrator. I would preferably like to be able to print though my adobe programs though due to it being easier to deal with the sizing/borderless settings etc. But why is my black not printing?

Are your files in CMYK? Most image viewers do not know how to print in this color model, so they convert the file to RGB before printing. Photoshop and Illustrator can print CMYK files, so you see different behavior of the same printer. The fact that the black channel disappears during printing is most likely not a Photoshop problem, but is associated either with the peculiarity of the printer's operation, or with how you prepared the file for printing.

Try opening the file in Photoshop, converting it to RGB and then printing. If I understood the situation correctly, then you should see the lost black color.
