Black Line in GIF Export Photoshop

Hello, I exported this GIF from Photoshop and I'm not sure why I get this black line everytime. Settings below. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

It looks a little like that black line shows in the preview, too. Can you share what the file looks like open in PS, before you go to export?
