black lines appear when uploading gif to website

I created a gif for my jobs website, and it looks like from their end when uploaded to their website 2 black lines appear on the sides. I haven't seen this on my end when viewing the gif, or even uploading it on my own website. I'm wondering what the solution for this is if I can't see the issue on my end. Is the issue possibly the export?

I tried sending a transparent background gif with the colour matte set to the hex code of the website, and sending a higher resolution gif as well but this hasen't solved anything.

If anyone knows let me know! thanks

Unlikely that this is an PS issue on your end. Chances are that they simply add some or outline in the web code or mess up your GIF with some sort of server-side processing. Without knowing where you uploaded it and what the exact requirements are nobody can give you a definitive answer, though.
