Black screen every time a panel opens/closes | GPU-driver 566.03 related?

Hi,

since I've updated to Nvidia's GeForce Game Ready Driver version 566.03 (Oct 22 2024), I get a black screen for 2 seconds or so every time I open/close a panel (settings, hue, curves etc.). Especially changing curves or dragging sliders inside those panels doesn't work anymore, because then the screen turns black as long as I drag/hold the mouse butten.

Is this an indication of a driver related issue (I updated to the newest one yesterday) or does this sound like something else? Asking before I go through the hassle of rolling back the driver....

Thanks

I would think so.

The general advice is to always use the studio driver, not the game ready driver. Do a "clean install" to remove traces of the old driver, and don't install the extra components in the driver package (GeForce Experience and PhysX). You don't need them.

okay, thanks.

I rolled back the driver, that solved the issue.
