black screen on project psd

Hello. 

I opened a psd file and the screen is black. But if the layers come off.

The photoshop is in the latest version. 

It isn´t the first time it happens.

Can you post the full layer stack? The top layer  in the part stack you posted look's like it may be a  solid fill layer without a layer mask  renamed to HIDE THIS LAYER. However, its visibility is on and it look like the fill may be white.  Are there any layer higher up in the layer stack that may be Black?
