Hi everyone,

Yesterday I opened, as usual, Adobe Photoshop 2020 on my MacBook Pro and, intstead of the well known home interface, a black screen appeared.

I tried everything: downgraded it, uninstalled and installed again, forced the exit from the app but nothing worked.

Can anyone help me?

Hi there,

Sorry that Photoshop 2020 does not load the Welcome screen and instead showing a  blank interface.

Would you mind checking out the steps mentioned in this article https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/troubleshoot-home-screen-issues.html#DisabletheHomescreenNewdoc... and let us know if that helps?

Thanks,

Akash

For anyone else that couldn't fix it by doing all the options suggested, I was able to fix mine by logging out of creative cloud then opening up photoshop & signing it again & it was corrected
