Blank contact sheet

Hi,

I have tried making a contact sheet on photoshop and it keeps coming out completely blank. I have tried doing some of the suggestions that were on here already (like using png files as opposed to raw, as well as doing it through bridge) but none have managed to fix the issue. I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling photoshop to no success. Does anyone have any ideas on what else I could do to try and get the feature to work? This is working on Photoshop 24.2.0 on windows.

Hi again, I have managed to solve the problem. I was trying to take the images from an OneDrive file, and so instead I tried downloading them onto the actual computer and this worked. I'm not sure if there is a way to do it with onedrive files but now I know that the non-cloud files work. Thank you for your help.

Hi Kevin, all the files are just numbers and underscores. Do you think either of those could be the cause of the problem?
