Blank screen when launching Photoshop

Hi! I updated my photoshop and now whenever i launch it i get meeted with a blank screen, ive tried everywhich way like uninstalling, resetting prefrences, unticking the graphics thing in the performence settings but nothing works. The only way for me to work on a image is if i open that image in photoshop and even though that works i cant make a new image or save that image. Any help? Thanks!! Ive attached an image below!
