Block-like artifacts when using the brush tool

Whenever I try to use the brush tool, dead pixel-like things appear around the area, which has never happened before.

Hi @Rajat32682743dq6m Go to Photoshop Preferences/Technology Preview and check “Disable Native Canvas”. Restart PS.

If that does not resolve we need more information your setup:

Go to Photoshop Help Menu/System Info and copy/paste details in a reply. Post only once as the system takes time to process the large amount of data.
