Blue Cast When Printing

An image that look correct in Photoshop CC, latest build, prints on an Epson r2000 with a blue cast over the image.  Printing other images turn out correctly, so I presume it is not the printer.  Same thing happens when I print the image from LR Classic.  The image is of an adobe colored church with blue sky above.

Assuming you set Photoshop to manage color:

Are you using the correct print profile? Is printer color management turned off/disabled?

Without actual info on print settings, color modes, color profiles etc. nobody can tell you much. If other images print correctly, then the one not doing so has a difference in on of those things. Perhaps it has a different color profile, perhaps it's in a different document mode, perhaps it has stored odd print settings. Impossible to know.
