Blue color turns red only when exporting

Hi !

I'm currently making a digital painting and I drew thunder. In the actual photoshop project, it is blue :

But when I'm exporting it :

it is changing only in the final image, and only the thunder is changing, all the other colors are normal.

Which method are you using to export?

File > Save A Copy...?

File > Export > Export As...?

File > Export > Save for Web...?

Do all methods of exporting the file above give this result?

My bad, it is working when I select web, not for the others.
