Blue Frame

Hey guys I hit a shortcut but I am unsure what I typed I move so fast hrough them. I now have a blue frame around the outside of Photoshop and it is always on top. How do i fix this? I am uysing Photshop 2022

That looks like the Windows narrator feature - turn on cap lock then hit esc.

Thank you!! That took away everything inside the start page of Photoshop but not the blue frame. Any other suggestions?

Did you restart your PC?

In addition to Kevin's answer, be sure you deactivate it directly in Windows settings
