blue line tool photoshop

hello since 2 days i have this kind of blue rope in all my tool

it's like a streamline but i can't figure what it is and i don't know how to take it off

please some help would be great it's making photoshop useless

    Do you mean this?

    What operating system are you using?

    Do you only see this with thew brush tool, and does it follow the cursor?

    It looks like a stroke smoothing tool like Lazy Nezumi Pro, but it isn't Lazy Nezumi.  If you are on a Mac, then it might be Hej Stylus.  Do you have that installed?   I don't recognize it as anything native to Photoshop.

    Please someone help, this happened with me as well. I dont know where it started i just busy drawing then it appeared. It wont stop making those blue lines it even affect my drawing as well.. im gonna cry...

    If you mean the dashed lines, then that indicates a selection.  Ctrl D will cancel out of it.
