Hey, @cole gaming a37551120moyj. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. For now, I've moved this post to discussions. More info is required to help you figure this out. I've checked for crash reports but couldn't find any reports submitted by your account. Please submit the crash reports to us: https://adobe.ly/48ISSiy

Please share the system info from Photoshop Help > System info > Copy and paste into a text document > Upload and attach here.

I've dealt with Error 41, and in my case, my PSU failed. Also, a bluescreen crash (BSOD) is almost always related to Hardware, a driver, or OS failure. Try doing stress tests and benchmarks on the machine to test and verify stability.

Let me know how it goes. Thanks!
