One Design is made in photoshop. Clear image is shown in figure 1. Transform tool is used over black color and is rotated by some angle.(Only rotated and not scaled). On rotation black color becomes blurry and is shown in fig 2. How to avoid this during transformation.

To retain the sharp blocky pixels, when transforming, change the Interpolation to "Nearest neighbour "in the options bar.
Remember to change it back though as - Nearest Neighbour will look terrible on photographic images

You are also viewing the images with a huge zoom ratio. 1200% the first, and 600% the second. You can't judge image quality when zoom so far. 100% is the only valid test.

Sir im working in textile design. Pixel level accuracy is must otherwise it will create blurry effects while printing on fabric. Thank you !
