Borderless Printing with Photoshop 2024

I just downloaded Photoshop 2024. I want to print a 5x7 photo. I have not printed in many months. For some unknown reason I cannot get a borderless print. And I do not see any setting for selecting borderless prints.

I am using Mac OS Ventura 13.5.2. My printer is a HP OfficeJet Pro 8210. I just installed the latest drivers from HP. In this past I have been able to print borderless photos using this computer (Mac Studio) and this printer.

Thanks,

Edward Volchok

Borderless printing is a setting in the printer driver, not in Photoshop. If the printer supports it, you go into the printer driver by clicking "print settings" in the Print dialog. You can also access the printer driver directly from the operating system.

You need to create a custom paper size with no margins. In Photoshop from the Print dialog box, in Printer Setup, click Print Settings. In there for Paper Size, pick Manage Custom Sizes.

Create a custom size with no margins:

You may also need to set the printer setting to Borderless. Here it is in my Canon driver:

Actuall: This didn't work. It LOOKED like it was going to print borderless, but it didn't. Sigh.

The printer driver is definitely the key as per previous answers. I run macOS 14.1.2 and have just purchased an Epson ET-8550 which wouldn't print Borderless. I contacted Epson support and they sent me a new driver which is later than that on the download page and now Borderless is available in PS2024

Is there any chance of forwarding that driver, I too have a Epsom Et-8550 and having the same problems. Thanks Tom

Contact Epson directly. Their support is excellent!
