Bought CS5 Web premium years ago and cannot find download

Hello,

My father and I bought Adobe CS5 web premium years ago and I cannot find a place to download the software. I still have the serial key, and I believe the software is registered to my old laptop and my father's old computer. I would like to be able to use the programs we purchased on my new computer.

I tried to contact customer service but I was redirected here. I am not sure what to do at this point.

What operating system and version is on your new computer?

And do you mean you have two serial numbers? The license is for one person and is not to be shared.

Dear Jane,

I have one serial number; I was 13 at the time and living in the same home as my father sharing the same computer. He no longer uses it so I don't see how this is an issue. The only reason why I thought this might be relevant is if the company is able to trace my serial key to the original person who bought it which would be the name my father Peter and not my name Orlena.

My new computer runs Windows10.

Hi

No-one on this forum will have links for downloading as we do not work for Adobe. If you bought your software from Adobe then you will need to go back to customer care. If you registered your software with Adobe then your CS5 details should be in your account under Plans > My Products, should you be asked for them.
