Hello beautiful amazing artful, amazing people who just want to create beauty and entertainment for the mind,
i need to ask you a couple of questions.
1) i SOMEHOW managed to get myself a Pen Tablet that seems to almost BARELY exist on earth. (Specs and the ONLY record of the thing on earth in the linked pic) and I'm worried that I'll be wasting my time trying to learn to be an artist on a piece of equipment that is terrible (I mean it can't be amazing if no one has heard of it). So the question is, can you guys do your internet and art things and find some better drivers.
2) There's a TONNE of hotkeys and all this stuff mentioned, and if you look at the thing they're everywhere, the wheels are scroll clicky if you get me? rotate and you hear it clicking for zooming i think (2 is just for left and right handed) There is only a crappy piece of software to set the hot keys up, completely useless, so i have no way to sync the pen or do whatever with it, like set it up? i won't link the software but it's called 'MacroKey Manager" written exactly like that, and there's a couple of crappy option, and none of them work or there's no descriptions...
I hope i was clear enough, and maybe you guys have one yourselves and can help! i only want to create.

What operating system will you be using the tablet with?
Have you tried it with applications other than Photoshop?
What software came with it? (Preferences, driver?)
Are there any identifying marks anywhere on the tablet? Underneath perhaps? This might identify it as a re-badged item made my another manufacturer like Huion.
Does the tablet have any functionality? Does it move the cursor, but perhaps not do Pen Pressure?
Hmmmm... I assumed from what you are saying that there is no information about this tablet, but I found links straight away.
The best bit of advice I can give you right off the bat, is that a tablet it for life, and not just for Christmas.

Looking at this image from Amazon (no user reviews unfortunately) I'm thinking some of those buttons simply parallel keyboard keys.
It worries me that the aspect ratio can be manually switched between 4:3 and 'Wide' whatever wide means. That might mean it has no other means of calibrating the pen to the screen — this is not crucial though. I doubt anyone looks down at their tablet to see where the pen is, unless it is a display tablet like a Cintiq.
I didn't watch the video. What does it say?

Quick update, i'll give you a more elaborate breakdown of everything later. In the software, i have no way of assigning the hotkeys easily, also, there is no pen calibration really. I went into Painter 2018 and tried to calibrate the pressure there, it seem to only have 2 pressures? light as hell, or heavy... now i might be using the wrong brushes to test, it uses my PC screen (the pen) just fine, i can click things with it etc, actually my only concern about it is, the pressure sensitivity atm, and not being fully able to know the bunch of K1 K2 K3 things are actually a thing (usable)

nah dude, did you actually watch the video you linked? its the only video online about it. Hes just looking at it. he doesn't plug it in, or set up anything etc. he just says what it is... "It's a tablet, with a pen, it has this and that". Please watch the videos before linking them.
Apart from that though, i need to sleep but ill answer all of your request for info in about 10 hours.
Thanks
