Question

Bridge no longer responds to Command + Forward-Delete

Bridge 13.0.0.562

Mac OS 13.0

Command + Delete will still initiate a Move-to-trash; but

Command + Forward-Delete no longer is recognized to start a Move-to-trash action.

I'm used to using the larger keyboard, and it looks as if recognizing Forward-Delete as equivalent to Delete has not been maintained in this release of Bridge.

Thanks!

Thanks again, Eugene, for all the suggestions! I'm taking you up on posting it as a bug!

Again, thanks, Eugene! But also in Safe Mode, Cmd + Forward-Delete doesn't bring up the Delete dialog box.

The only thing I can think of is a 3rd party application has hijacked that command.

Can you start up in Safe Mode and open Bridge only and see if it works?

If it does then you know there's another app stealing that shortcut.

Eugene, thanks for the suggestions but no: FN key doesn't help with Forward-Delete; CTRL D does nothing; and CMD-D duplicates selected files.

Do you need to use the FN key with the Forward Delete?
Does CTRL D work?
