Brush, eraser and lasso tools drag not registering with HP pen

When trying to draw or lasso around elements in Photoshop, I'll typically use my HP Spectre pen. However it no longer functions. I can use basic point and click functions like zoom or eyedropper and even the drag function for the rectangular marquee, but trying to draw anything while using the pen. Any way to fix this?

I use Windows 10. Windows paint is enabled. Pen works fine with Windows Paint and other applications, and PS still registers drags and sensitivity on my Huion.
