Brush Folders

Every time I load brushes in PS CC 18 they are automatically grouping in a folder.  Let me try to explain better, for example I downloaded Icon brushes which was in a folder I needed to extract.  I extracted it to photoshop cc 2018, presets, brushes. Then when I load the brush, it remains in the form of a folder.  When I click on the folder, I can see each different brush but I don't know how to remove it from the folder.  Can you tell me how to remove the folder?  Thanks!!
