Brush outline dissapear when painting

Question

I have a strange bug in Photoshop on MacOS. The brush tip that shows the brush size outline disappears when I move the mouse. It is not related to the CAPS LOCK function of showing or hiding it or any setting in Preferences. I have a visible brush outline when I choose a brush or change its size, but it disappears when I start moving the mouse. And it starts from nothing, because no setting was changed by me, just one day started Photoshop and it started to behave like this.

Ok, found the reason. The problem is with Logitech mouse & Logitech app on external screen. When using a pen or touchpad brush outline works perfectly in a second when you change your input device. What is more interesting, when working on the MacBook's screen without any external display, even with Logitech mouse everything is ok.

Try to reset the preferences of Photoshop using the steps described here:

It's recommended to backup your settings before resetting the preferences.

Please try to disable the option to "Use Graphics Procesor" from Photoshop by going to Preferences, then Performance. Once done, quit & relaunch Photoshop to check if that helps.
