Brush settings problems

Hi! i have this problem with my photoshop brush settings. Previously, i used an old version of Photoshop, maybe CC6 or CS6 I suppose. I have no problem with that. My downloaded preset Brush (i used it for digital paaint, if u know, IMAD Brush set) can have a unique texture  on each brush without any setting. Right now, i'm updating my photoshop to the latest version, and i have to re install my brush. The problem is, my brush no longer have that unique texture effect that can be adjust based on the pen sensitivity. It all turned into plain block-color brush with only different shape. Do you guys know the settings to give me the same effect like my previous photoshop version-brush setting? it will be a huge help! Thaank youu!
