Brush strokes disappear and reappear

I recently installed Photoshop CC 2019, I am using Acer helios 300 and whenever I try to make a brush stroke, a part of it disappears and reappears after making another action, weather it's erasing, making another brush stroke and etc. I have all the newest GPU drivers installed and how can I fix this? Here is the link to the recording of what happens https://gfycat.com/densemediocreirrawaddydolphin

Hi Lashas

What happens if you draw one stroke and simply wait without drawing another stroke? Do you still get Brush Lag? Or do you have to draw a second stroke first?

If I simply wait than nothing happens the stroke won't appear fully, the gif link I attached doesn't show it, but the full stroke briefly appears, when I draw it and quickly disappears later, it is only visible fully If another action is performed, for example if I make another stroke, use an eraser or make a new layer and etc.

Your Photoshop System Info is showing both the Intel and nvidia GPU in your machine. Please read Adobe GPU support. Photoshop has problems with two different GPU. You need to use the Nvidia control panel to set 3D preferences for applications. That Photoshop.exe and adobe sniffer.exe  prefers to use your Nvidial graphics GPU. Your Intel Device diver is two old and you nvidia device driver is not shown only nvidia CLGPU shown,

I did so but it still doesn't work, the only solution I've found is if I disable Intel display adapter while Photoshop is running, but if I restart the software the brush starts lagging so I have to enable the Intel graphic card again, which causes the original problem. So the only thing I can do at this point is to disable the integrated graphics card while PS is running.
