Brush strokes not smooth, all circles

New Here ,

I'm running CS2 on a 6 year old computer.

This never happened before, but rather started 2 days ago.

When I pull a brush stroke through my image, the stroke is not smooth.  The stroke looks like it's made up of all circles, and I can see edges as I pull the stroke.

I use my CS2 for coloring my lineart and cartoons.

Could this be an indication of not enough RAM?

What could it be?

Sounds like you selected a different brush preset that has larger spacing than you expect.

Choose another brush preset, or go into the brushes palette and set the spacing to what you want.

This sounds like a brush problem that is a software missconfig. Ram is not the fault.
