Brush tool with tablet

Using brush tool with tablet. When I hold the stylus to the tablet for more than a second it starts this little circle then pops up with the brush tool selector box. Is there a way to not have this happen?

It is particularly frustrating when trying to paint and the tool keeps wanting to change on me. Any help would be super-helpful! Thank you.  --- Not new to PS, just new to CC.

Found this to work. Windows 10 Screen Shots Above.

1. Open Tablet PC Settings

2. Select Hyper-text in Pen and Touch Dialog.

3. Select Press and Hold then select settings button (middle window)

4. De-select Enable press and hold for right click.

5. Click OK

What kind of Tablet.  Photoshop Brush tools support Digital Pens not Stylus.  Stylus support is touch support.. ie Touch gestures.... Not finger painting....
