Brush wont work properly - Lag while drawing in Photoshop on Windows

Thanks for the image, but is not clear what issue is. Remember you drew this and know what the issue is, so you have to explain so someone else besides yourself knows what is going ion. 

Can you post your brush settings? Lagging is usually caused if smoothing is checked.

We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop while trying to lines using a brush. Would you mind telling us the version of Photoshop you're using along with the version of Windows you're working on? Are you using a drawing tablet or a mouse?
