My brushes keep disappearing from PS (all brushes except the defaults). They can still be found in the presets folder on my computer, but every day when I start up PS I'm having to reload them from the presets manager again. This only happens with brushes, not patterns or custom shapes. I was helped by customer support for this problem yesterday. They took control of my computer and thought they had fixed the problem, but when I started PS today my brushes were gone again. Seeing as how brushes make up most of what I use PS for, this is getting to be really frustrating. All the posts I've seen about this say to make sure the brushes are put into the presets folder on the computer and that should solve the problem, but I've done that and it still keeps happening.

Hi Angiep,
We're sorry to hear about the brushes disappearing, could you please let us know which exact version of Photoshop you're working on and which operating system are you using?
Also, where are the brushes stored on an external drive or a local drive?
Regards,
Sahil

Could you try creating a new user account with admin rights and the test Photoshop on it and let us know if the brushes disappear on that account as well?
