Brushes photoshop cc

Over the past 3 years I have imported lots of brushes and groups to my photoshop, I am 82 years of age and my memory is not what it used to be. Now I cannot remember or recognise some of these brushes.

Is it possible that I can export my brush sets, and then have all my brushes deleted .  Following up with importing just the few brushes that I only intend to use at one time in a digital painting?
