Brushes

I've downloaded some brush presets. The instructions say to run the abr file wile Photoshop is running and the brushed will install. That doesn't seem to work. I double click on the abr file Photoshop opens, but noting happens. I go to the brush tool there are no presets. What am I doing wrong?

Save the .abr file to your computer. Open Photoshop. Select the Brush tool in the toolbar. Click the brush icon in the Options bar.

Click the gear icon in the upper right corner and choose Import Brushes.

Navigate to the .abr file and select it.
