I am having the same issue! Additionally, you don't mention it here, but the pattern is not mirroring properly (see the lower right segment of the pattern).

How are you applying the pattern once it is created? If you right-click on the library pattern, and choose "Create Pattern Preset", does it look any different in the Patterns panel?

it looks the same. In the preview and when i drag it onto a blank layer.

Please post meaningful screenshots including the pertinent Panels and the »Create From Image«-dialog.

Can you give us more information about this feature?

Is it an optional plugin, or does it use Adobe Capture, or what?

A screen shot might help.

That was the screenshot. but here is one from the program.  It is not a plugin.  Its part of the photoshop  from the   Library menu "Create from Image".  I could use a image. shape or clipart and it will be the same hazing noise result.  " Deactivated Canvas" does nothing.  Thank in advance

I wonder if this might be a GPU-issue.

Have you tried running different GPU settings (restarting Photoshop each time you change the settings)?

Could you provide the layered file from which you create the pattern? (Just to make sure the issue is not with the file, though that seems unlikely.)
