Bug Photoshop pour l'impression

Bonjour, 
Depuis quelques jours, il m'est impossible d'imprimer mes travaux depuis Photoshop. 
J'ouvre mon fichier, je clique sur "fichier" et lorsque je clique sur "Imprimer", le logiciel tourne quelques secondes et se ferme automatiquement.
J'ai essayé avec différents fichiers, idem avec "imprimer une copie"...
Je ne sais plus quoi faire ! 
Si quelqu'un à une idée....je suis preneuse ! Mes clients attendent leurs impressions...

Bonjour j'ai le meme probleme, cela vient des softs Epson. Je viens d'installer une nouvelle imprimante Epson et ca plante depuis. Si je supprime certains pilote et epson scan 2, cela fonctionne mais je ne peux plus scanner...

 

Avez vous trouver une solution ?

Hi,

We are sorry to hear you are having trouble printing from Photoshop. What version of Photoshop are you using? What type of printer is it? And have you tried reinstalling the printer drivers?

Je suis sur la dernière version de Photoshop (mise à jour la semaine dernière me semble-t-il).
J'ai deux imprimantes : Epson Surecolor P800 et Epson Surlab D1000. Le problème est avec les deux imprimantes. 
J'ai essayé de réinstaller les drivers des imprimantes mais cela n'a rien changé...

Were you able to print from the previous version? If so, do you still have that version on your computer? I would recommend working with the older version until this problem gets fixed.

 

If you need to reinstall the last version, here is a help doc that will explain it: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/using/install-previous-version.html

 

If you look at the Creative Cloud Interface, there are three little dots to the side of the Open button, if you click them and choose other versions, you should be able to get back to the version you were using.

 

 

 

Now, if you want to install the new version without deleting the old one, when you click Install in the previous screen, it will take you to this screen. Select install:

 

 

Then uncheck "Delete Previous Version" and continue the install.

 

 

This will leave your older version intact. Then when you are satisfied that you are not having issues you can uninstall the old version.

Malheureusement, même en changeant de version, je ne peux toujours pas imprimer...
Photoshop se ferme dès que je demande une impression...
J'espère qu'il existe une solution car cela compromet grandement mon travail...
